Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand) is an invigorating, but often intimidating inversion. Most of us that practice Hatha Yoga and are comfortable in Down Dog and Chaturanga have the upper body strength needed for Handstand, and only need to face our fear of going upside down.
