So watch this interview with this juror... at one point she talks about the deliberations on Friday and how they vote was split on guilt. She then says that the jury decided to "think about it over the weekend" and come back on monday. Anyone here think that it potentially violates the judge's admonition not to deliberate while not in the jury room and without all the jurors? Motion for New Trial perhaps??
