As reported in the June 11 issue of Sacramento Business Journal, properties throughout the Sacramento region have sold, on average, 4% above their original list price, according to Metrolist data and local appraiser, Ryan Lundquist. For example, in Roseville buyers paid $32,182 over list price on average whereas Rocklin is $22,238 over list. This data justifies the recommendation that homebuyers need to factor this "over-list" percentage into their home-buying budget as they are investigating properties and outlining offers.

This quote has me confused! We can all agree that knowing your limits can serve as a door to self-growth. But, wouldn't knowing your strengths serve you in the same way? Or, if you focus too much on what you're good at, do you become blind to your weaknesses? Acknowledging your limitations would allow you to plan for the worst, but still have hope for the best outcome. I like to believe that if you know your strengths + boundaries it has an affect on your self-concept, self-respect, self-promotion and makes you a more well-rounded individual. I'm eager to hear what others think about this quote from Lucille Ball.
