Hi NLFC past or present, we wanted to inform you of some new developments. We are teaming up with Napa Valley Martial Arts and Wellness to begin a wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. These classes (M,W,F) will be 3:30-4:30pm wrestling, followed by BJJ from 4:30-5:30. We want to start a waiting list. Classes will likely begin January. This will be a contact sport. However, the athletes temperatures will be taken and they will only have one partner throughout practice.... Investment aka cost will range from $200-$250. Any additional member will get 25% off and if you’re a current member you’ll receive a 25% discount. We are very excited! The only thing we need now....are athletes! Class size will be limited so reserve your spot ASAP.
