Dear orthodontic family, Your health and safety is our top priority. We are all concerned with the evolving situation with the COVID-19 outbreak, and we are using recommended safety precautions to help protect one another. We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO). We ask for your patience and understanding during these unknown times and in helping us... mitigate the spread of the virus. In an effort to balance patient care needs with the safety of our community, we will implement the following... We will reschedule appointments that can wait until a safer time in the future. We will contact patients directly to reschedule those appointments. We kindly ask to reschedule your appointment if any patients (or patients with household members) are currently experiencing fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, and/or traveled outside the country or to hot spots within the United States affected by COVID-19 in the last two weeks. Please limit visits to only the patient and one parent/guardian. If parent/guardian is comfortable waiting in the vehicle, we will contact you with updates and to schedule the next appointment. We will continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC for any future office closures, as necessary. Should you opt to reschedule your appointment as a precaution, do not hesitate to call us.
