Polliwogs-Phase II Pool (1900 Port Carlow) Learn-to-swim program This program is designed for swimmers ages 3-5 who are learning how to swim.... The dates and times are listed below. Session I- May 1st- May 25th (Classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) Level 1- 2:40 pm- 3:10pm Level 1- 3:10 pm- 3:40pm Session II- June 5th-June 29th (Classes Monday thru Thursday) Level 1- 2:40 pm- 3:10pm Level 2- 3:10 pm- 3:40 pm Session III- July 10th-Aug 3rd (Classes Monday thru Thursday) Level 1- 3:00 pm- 3:30pm Level 2- 3:30 pm- 4:00 pm Cost for session I is $135 Cost for session II & III is $145 Checks made payable to NHCA Out of area fee of $15.00 (if applicable) Description of the levels: Level 1- o This level helps swimmers to put their face in the water, hold their breath, streamline and float on their back. Level 2- o In this level swimmers will work on streamline, learning freestyle arms, side breathing, floating on back and beginning to work on other strokes.
