Crying is a healthy and necessary way of expressing our feelings. All feelings are valid. Telling a child to stop crying does not help them; and it certainly ...doesn’t make the feeling go away. Telling a child to stop crying sends them the message that they should not express how they’re feeling, which is the opposite of what we want to teach them. We want children to know that they should always feel comfortable expressing their emotions and feelings. #parenting #parenting101 #parentdigital #lifewithkids #parentlife
