Jason Yaukey Former Chairman I joined New Creation Home shortly after leaving my local church's high school ministry as a youth group leader. I had already started a career in Finance and was looking for a way to utilize those skills while still serving my community. Shortly after joining NCH I took on the role of Treasurer. I enjoyed being a part of the organization so much I stayed for nine years, stepping into the role of Chairman for the last 3. I've been so blessed to grow and learn with this organization and especially to work with the wonderful volunteers and staff that truly make NCH great. It's often said that when we volunteer we end up gaining so much more than we give, through perspective and stories and relationships. I will echo that sentiment for my time with NCH. While I hope I've served the organization well as Treasurer and Chairman, I know I walk away with so many wonderful friendships, stories, and life lessons from my time serving. I'm so excited to see NCH continue to grow and serve young families in need. The work is never finished and there are even greater works in store. Thank you to everyone who's worked or served at NCH. Nancy Kay Pannikkat Board Chairwoman I am a wife, mother of two older teens, and have been an active volunteer in my church and community for over twenty years. Serving on the Board of New Creation Home for the past six years has broadened my experience in fundraising and donor relations, as well as learning even more about how much NCH gives back to those who are a part of it. I’m excited to see the future of NCH as we navigate life through and beyond the pandemic all while the needs for support rise in our local community. I am honored to be the first woman Chair of NCH’s Board of Directors and I hope this inspires our young women to pursue their own dreams, whatever they may be!
