The Art in Storefronts project has been in the works for a while. We are so excited to see it finally come to life. The idea of pairing local artists with empty storefronts to not only beautify our downtowns, but also encourage entrepreneurship and the local economy marries the very things we are most passionate about. If you are an owner of an empty building or a local artist that would like to participate in the program please reach out to the Chamber or Nevada County Arts Council.
Due to the COVID-19 stay at home order TODAY is the last day to enjoy outdoor dining. Beginning tomorrow all restaurants will operate as take out only for the next 3 weeks. Please continue to support local businesses by getting take out or by purchasing gift cards. If you have the ability to tip generously, please do so. Every little bit helps! Many restaurants are also offering holiday dinners and/or treats including Bistro 221 Ike's Quarter Cafe Lefty's Grill Emily’s Cateri...ng & Cakes Photo by Outside Inn
