We had such an amazing time with Jane Hu from Clover last night!!! We learned that Clover Food Labs was the 1st restaurant in the nation to move to 100% compostable packaging, an incredible feat! While Clover Food Labs is making positive environmental changes, large corporations are still ignoring their carbon footprints as Coca-Cola was just named the most polluting brand for the 2nd year in a row.
