Whatever happens in the outside world is not much in your control , but take your own health as number one priority. We all are at home. Washing our hands. Using the disinfectants . Social distancing . Inside the home find your own corner of workout. Btw if you check the essentials list of this Shelter in place you will find going out for walk, jogging , runs is all good. So go out for fresh air, no calling anyone. Make fresh juices everyday. Boost your immunity - that is ...now something that is in your hands. Find the immunity boosters in nutrition food list , make juices/ smoothies . I am using Vitamix everyday. Vitamins and other supplements, omegas continue on that . Workout is essential! I m posting this drill . Do the whole thing 4 times. I m working out 2+ hours everyday! Keep yourself positive. And don’t read everything Corona on social media ! See more

More you exercise your will power muscle stronger it becomes. This may involve a short term pain but the improvement will come and touch your character in positive way. About positivity - it is good to project your image as positive, repeatedly you do it, it becomes your nature, positive thoughts are great too but what really shows your character is positivity in your actions. Will power enhancement exercises... 1. when hungry wait for another one hour to eat something. 2. busy over a difficult task , mind will definitely prompt you take a break and go eat. Stay on it for longer. 3. sit quietly without interruption for a longer time. 4. let them talk about themselves; may be you do more things than what they are talking about, just listen. 5. change the negative thought whenever it comes with one that is super positive. Pretty simple stuff, very effective.

Good hormones of Fitness give you a habit, a life long change in life style. Which phase are you in?! 1. No fitness. Occasional walks outside. Phase of no motivation. 2. Introduction to fit behavior by either self motivation or life event creates an alarm or simply by looking to others' behavior. This is a painful first step towards fitness. This phase doesn't have any visible rewards and needs lots of discipline from the person. Fighting phase. 3. By this phase you have pus...hed yourself far enough to make things look little better. The endorphins are kicking in. The feel good after exercise outweighs the pain during the exercise. 4. Now a habit is formed. It is rewarding. You see the changes in your eating behavior and your commitment towards exercise is now fully established. 5. You need more. This more is now never ending. You have entered a phase of addiction. The best addiction of your life. You can't live without your workouts. Congratulations! You are now in the right place. Keep going. Don't abuse your body. Give one day rest. You are unstoppable.
