Great clients of the NBVC US Army Veterinary Treatment Facility. Given the recent reduction in COVID HPCON level on NBVC and the reduction to orange level in the community we will be adjusting our COVID protocols at the VTF. Please note the following; Sick call patient owners and some Tech. visit patient owners will now be allowed into the VTF for their pets appointments.... 1. Only 1 Human / appointment will be allowed in during the visit. Please leave any other humans in the car or outside the VTF. This applies to multiple pets having appointments at the same time. 2. All humans MUST wear masks when inside the VTF and outside when interacting with VTF personnel. 3. Only 2 humans will be allowed in the VTF at any given time other than VTF Personnel. If the VTF is congested some Tech. visit clients will have to remain outside and their pets will be taken into the VTF by our personnel as we have been doing. All client visits to make appointments, pick up prescriptions or similar visits will need to remain outside at this time. We will make changes to our protocols as we monitor how the above works over the next weeks in addition to any positive or negative changes to the installation or community COVID guidance recommendations. As always we appreciate your understanding and patience as we all navigate the pandemic together.
