Every first Friday like today is devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Men can fulfill their purpose by imitating the Real Man image of Jesus and His adopted father St. Joseph. Holy men pleasing to God. Men will never be happy trying to follow the image of men from the world who strive unceasingly for power, richness, looks, fame, and physical strength (successful businessmen, professional, athlete, famous celebrity) that is not true happiness, just keep wanting more and the average man cannot attain the image of the world. God is all we need to be Holy and happy in this life and for all eternity.Today's Gospel says, "For what will it profit a man, if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life?" Matthew 16:26. Ask God, make my heart like Jesus."

Today is the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, the voice of God from heaven said, "This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased, listen to Him." Matthew 17:5. Don't let nothing and nobody damage your image, we are made in the image of God. Do not focus on your imperfections or compare yourselves to others and feel lesser. In His image, we are made perfect, beautiful and good. Today be transfigured in mind and heart by listening to the son of God and the truth in His word. We are God's children too, do not listen to the devil who is a liar that wants to destroy our self image, value and dignity. Do as God tells you in His great commands (Mark 12:30-31) to Love God and others as yourself.

Yesterday, First Saturday of the month is dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and today is the joyful feast of the Most Holy Trinity. Cathechism of the Catholic Church #233 "Christians are baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit: not in their names, for there is only one God, the almighty Father, his only Son, and the Holy Spirit: The Most Holy Trinity." This is our God we adore, praise today that the Church opened again for Sunday Mass after 2.5 months. Register for Mass at the www.nativitytorrance.org.

https://40daysforlife.com/torrance Today the Church remembers our guardian angels and in the Gospel Jesus asks us to be humble like children and said, "See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father." (Matthew 18:10). Pray for the protection of the unborn child and to end abortion.

The 40 days for life campaign "Pray to end abortion" began this week from Sept 25th to Nov 3rd. And today the LA group had an amazing procession with the Blessed Sacrament from St. Thomas Apostle Church to the Guadalupe Pro life clinic where Dr. Baggot came out (see pic), then the procession ended at the FPA abortion clinic that was closed today, thank God. But unfortunately, they open Sundays and do abortions. Join the 40 days for life and pray in front of this or any abortion clinic to help save babies.
