It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of our longtime counselor Mrs. Rita Pittman-Philpot, on May 18th. As many of you know she had suffered with a prolonged illness in recent years. Needless to say, we will all miss her more than words can express. She was not just our co-worker or a counselor, she was family and truly irreplaceable! We will announce details regarding the memorial service as we hear more from Rita’s family. National Crossroad 1st Annual Tea Party/Graduation was a huge success. Thanks to everyone who helped make it special.

A huge shout out to The Links, Links Achievers, mentors and the ladies of National Crossroads for pitching in to spruce up the facility today! These young men, their parents and mentors chose to spend their Saturday morning helping us and for that we say Thank You!!

Sharanda Jones was convicted on one count of conspiracy to traffic cocaine. Despite having no criminal record, she received a life sentence. After spending nearly 17 years in prison, she received a commutation from President Obama. http://cnn.it/2cf7iMh
