Has anyone else noticed that Subaru wagons have replaced the iconic Volvo wagons of the ‘80s and ‘90s? We love Subarus! Unfortunately a common problem with Subaru engines is head gasket failure. Often we start to see symptoms of head gasket failure at around 100,000 - 150,000 miles While there really is no way to avoid this unlucky problem, staying on top of your routine maintenance and oil changes can help extend the life of your engine if you’re experiencing symptoms of head gasket failure, our best advice is to safely stop driving your vehicle and contact your mechanic!
