I don’t share my journey or struggles often. Idk why. But I do coach health/fitness, and leading a balanced lifestyle. I don’t just talk the talk... Growing up I was the skinny girl, weighed 105-110lbs all through high school. Then packed on some noticeable weight first couple years of college (up to 130lbs). Now I’m 31 years old and I’ll save you the long story of all the ups and downs since back then. But I will say I had tried everything from Jenny Craig, weight loss sha...kes, excessive cardio, restricting food groups, you name it. Some may argue that at my heaviest I was fine. But that’s how *self-conscious* I WAS. It didn’t matter what anyone else thought. Fed up and tired of the vicious cycle of losing/gaining body fat, I started researching as much as I could, in and outside of my Kines. degree. I asked the most elite coaches and trainers I knew for help and guidance. To this day, I don’t stop learning. The first pic is a 3 year difference: 2017-2020 of really implementing all the *secrets* when it comes to building muscle and losing fat with the least extreme, and most sustainable methods. I don’t live for cheat days bc I never feel like I have to *cheat* on my diet. I enjoy my life, and I have learned to eat what I love on a daily basis without feeling restricted. Now the 2nd pic is to show a sum of my journey over the last 15 years. For anyone who thinks I’m blessed or have always been *fit*. Nope. Patience & consistency go a long way. If you’re reading this, and want to boost your confidence, lose fat, build muscle, or both, and *maintain it for life*, then I’m here for ya. I definitely wish I would have reached out for help earlier in my journey and applied what I know now, back then. I am looking for a couple of *serious* clients wanting to change. Will There Ever Be a Good Time? If you are struggling with something, perhaps for a long while now, and it frustrates you... Hey, I’ve been there. And I see you.... But deep down, you know this pain and frustration *could* be resolved, yet it hasn’t... So my question for you is: **If not today, when?** Tomorrow? When this (covid) is over? Or when you have more time, money, other resources? Or when it becomes a do or die type thing? Are you going to wake up 5-10 years from now with the same empty promise to yourself? The same promise to *finally* change? The same promise to stop self-sabotaging your future? While the days can feel long, the years come and go quick. But we already know this. And the craziest thing, you know what you have to do, but *action* just never seems to happen. You know that it takes grit and commitment. A commitment to yourself. You must truthfully and honestly admit that enough is *enough*. I promise, YOU are worth it. And no one else can can make you believe that if you don’t. There IS help if you are willing to believe you are *worth* it. . So, if not today, when? Because tomorrow may never get here. What matters is today.
