SAL kids-Get faster! Add Jessica’s Jump lunges to your workouts at least once a week

Not everyone is as strong as our girl Sam.... but you can improve your overall strength with deadlifts. Copy her form and lift the heaviest thing you can find as many times as you can in that perfect form. Rest two minutes and repeat! 3 sets 2x a week

Friendly Reminder Regarding SAL We realize several gyms throughout the state have reopened, however our Sheriff's Activities League (SAL) facility remains closed. At this time, it has not been determined when SAL will reopen. One thing is for sure...our deputies truly miss working with the students. A special message to all of our SAL members, be sure to exercise, eat healthy, and continue to make wise decisions. We hope to see you soon. Take care.
