Drip cake number two for Lina Loo! Old-fashioned chocolate layer cake with Peanut Butter Buttercream finished with semi-sweet chocolate ganache

It’s a special little lady’s birthday in a few days! She asked for a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache drip. Of course I had to comply!

For our 16th anniversary present I attempted to recreate our wedding cake: flourless white chocolate almond cake with lemon curd, whipped cream, raspberries, and vanilla buttercream.
