. This area is popping! Aptly names Silicon Beach with all the tech companies taking up roost here on the Westside. . Giants like Google will be taking over the Westside Pavilion, not to mention 12 acres in Playa Vista, and Amazon is moving into a new facility in Culver City. Values of homes are ever on the rise and there are new apartment / condo communities going up in anticipation of all the influx of new employees moving to the area. .... Now more than ever is a great time to invest in a home or get yourself locked into a lease before pricing and rates go through the stratosphere. . This is where I live and breathe. . This was one of my favorite all time listings in Venice Beach. This adorable quintessential French Cottage in Venice has me ready to pack my bags and move in. When I’m showing properties and mentally arranging my furniture (though this one I would have wanted everything with it) trust me, we’ve hit gold. @ Venice, California
