The Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), a result of Prop 63, imposes a 1% income tax on personal income in excess of $1 million for residents of California. The ...majority of the funding is distributed to county mental health programs in order to support community mental health services. MHSA is a community-driven process which includes opportunities for advocates and individuals whose lives are impacted by mental illness to provide input. Join us at any or all of these open stakeholder meetings. Your voice matters! See the flyer for registration details. #MHSA #solanocountybh #mentalhealthcommunity #wehearyou See more
