We have an exciting project update! During Tuesday night's city council meeting (January 21), with the support of many Lake Forest residents (28:2 speakers in favor of the project), the City Council voted unanimously 5-0 to approve rezoning the 126-acre Nakase Nursery site to residential and the proposed master plan by Toll Brothers. Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting in support of the project, and to everyone who has provided support and encouragement throughout... this process, from resident town hall meetings, to letters to the mayor, and everything in between.
