UPDATE as of June 12th: Waiting on LA County approval to open Friday, June 19th! The state has released preliminary approval for nail salons to open on Friday, June 19th, HOWEVER, we must wait for the Los Angeles County public health department to give us (LA County) the okay to open, as they have more regulations than the state.
