Restaurant Owners. We are getting reports that the Governor has reportedly called for bars, pubs, and wineries to close as well as restaurants to reduce capacity by 50%. Restaurant Owners/Operators have been calling to confirm. Please note that as of the time of this writing (Sunday 3/15/2020 3 pm) specific orders and guidance were not able to be found after a review of the Governors website and CDPH. Therefore, our office has been unable to confirm whether the aforementioned reports are directives to operators or requests nor can our office opine as to what you should do if you are in fact a restaurant and bar. It is likely more information will be forthcoming and as such related business operators are advised to monitor the CDPH and Governors website for direction.
