Sapling of Life Counseling

Just opened my private practice. I am so excited to serve my community. If you know anyone who needs counseling, please contact me. Here is a brief explanation about my work. Specializing in school age children (ages 5 to 17 years) and their families, to help them gain insight into their problems, create a positive change within the family and improve their relationships. My experience regarding this population is 10 years, including diagnosis, but not limited to depression,... anxiety, trauma, defiant behaviors, selective mutism, and pervasive development disorder. I also have a passion to work with women (divorced, process of divorce, separated, or single) struggling with relationship issues and low self esteem. I can help them find inner strength and gain knowledge about self care. I understand the different issues of life like health, independence, finances, not having a voice and more. Women have power but we are often afraid to use it. I will help nurture the sapling that you create with me in therapy. With your help, we will plant the seeds of hope, success, happiness and health.
