Welcome to December, a month for reflection and gratitude. This year brought changes and lessons for all of us. Throughout 2020, we experienced situations that might have been perceived as challenging. However, during this last month of the year, we invite you to reflect on what you have experienced and find a lesson or blessing in each experience. Being grateful helps us to see the blessing in all situations. Each month of this year gave us many opportunities either for a ...change or for a new beginning. Gratitude is an opportunity to develop our appreciation, to become aware of all that we may take for granted but that is actually a gift. This month we invite you to develop gratitude. Here are some ideas to do it: - When you wake up, take 3 deep breaths and be grateful for your presence in this life. - Before you go to sleep, be thankful for 3 blessings in your day, for being able to breath, for having talked to someone, for the air, for the sun, etc. - Gratitude Journal. Write down all the blessings of each day in a journal throughout this month. We are very grateful for the opportunity to connect with you, for your presence in the NAAM Community and for the Light you share with us.
