Good luck to all SAT students taking the test this weekend! MyTutor Inc students have put SO MUCH work in and I am VERY proud of you all! If you missed this round of the SAT, make sure to sign up for the next test at www.collegeboard.org.

ACT/SAT must-do: students need to learn how to utilize their GRAPHING calculators to their maximum abilities/potential. Can you imagine the number of the questions students missed by making silly errors because they didn't use a calculator? My guess is a lot!

Study Tip: When taking notes, use different colors to make important concepts stand out. An example would be if you had to study terms in Anatomy. Put the word in one color and the definition in another. It will help your brain analyze and process the information.

The new school year has started for many and creeping up quickly on others. Make sure your students get off to a strong start! It is very difficult to climb out of a hole. A good way to do this is to stay organized. Make sure your students keep their work neatly organized and have a calendar to write down assignments. Baby steps :)
