Another Manic Monday? Studies have shown that stress and how you deal with it is directly connected to how healthy you are. Be sure to take a break and let go of the negative to let in the positive energy. Even ten minutes will make a huge difference. Your mind and body will thank you!

I also specialize in Native American Medicine Cards. The Native Americans believed each animal in their wilderness possessed different energies or "Medicines". These animal spirits walk amongst us and help guide us in our actions. They keep us in touch with our instincts. Although the Native Americans used many different methods to determine their totems (such as peyote), I go a safer route with the cards to determine your personal totem animals. There are also other more traditional spreads to choose from for different readings.

The use of a Pendulum is related to Dowsing. Dowsing is a practice that many Farmers used to find water to dig their wells. The pendulum can be used a number of ways by either using the energy of the Earth around you to guide it or seeking spiritual guidance. There are quick responses with this method so you get more answers in a reading using the pendulum. However, the pendulum is limited when it comes to detailed answers as it's mainly "yes" or "no".

Traditional Tarot Cards. There are a multitude of different types of spreads that can answer different types of questions and concerns. They're the most popular type of reading and do well at private parties.

These are traditional Yarrow Stalks which are used with I Ching (Pronounced "Yi Jing"). I Ching finds it's roots in 11th Century China as a numerological style of divination. It is VERY detailed. Most practitioners use a newer method involving coins. I find that these work much better and tend to be more accurate. The process of a reading using this method can take hours to accomplish so it is suggested that it be done remotely rather than in person.
