The class starts with an optional expansive guided meditation and follows with awakening the body and spirit. The Mystical essence of the yoga flow and the heart-opening Cacao join in a Yoga Ceremony truly unfolding our real self revealing our inner light. Wednesdays Vinyassa Flow 9-10:30am Movement with Breath Movement with breath, flowing with the creative rhythm of our inner self. Invigorating dance-like flow class strengthening and opening the body and enlivening the spirit. Thursdays High Vibrational Vinyassa 6-7:30pm Strong Flow Class Creating Stillness Within A fusion of high-intensity interval training with yoga, this class is stimulating yet grounding. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and cardio with physical and mental stamina in one session. The class features alternating periods of high and low impact yoga poses.
