As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office and direct patient care assisting Physicians. . You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Job Duties: Interview patients and document basic medical histo...ry Enter Orders and Authorizations Update and file medical records and insurance reports Arrange MRIs and laboratory services Check with patients and type up patients charts Assist during medical examinations Address correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software Degree in medical assistance & BLS Certified

I went to several before finding @dr.melihkurtulus He is kind, funny, a master of the da Vinci machine, thorough and warm. . . Today he performed my 4th endometriosis excision surgery (second with him) and found a great deal of endometrial lesions that had grown since my previous surgery two years ago. He was able to remove all of them. I am sore but I’m also feeling pretty darn great. So thankful for @bloominuterus @just4paige and @sdwomenshealth for helping me through this non curable, frustrating, and awful chronic illness. . .
