Made the dough last night, formed the loaves and left it covered to rise overnight in the oven. This morning I went to pull the cover off and they delayed a little bit they had also grown much larger than I had anticipated. So they're giant and they're ugly but they're light on the inside and really tasty. We explored Sourdough and She went home with 2 kinds of bread starter and a recipe.
