My Maleree Mae

Being involved with our SuperHero families, we all too often have to grieve. But this past week has been particularly hard with the death of Kelly's Mom and Maleree's Grandma. The following day we heard that Brittany Hibdon, one of our beloved supporters had suddenly died at the age of 36. We were so fortunate to have known her and that she chose to call us friends. Please pray for her husband, their two young boys and her family.

These are the faces of childhood cancer. These are the faces of children you have directly helped. Out of our 32 SuperHeroes, 11 have been taken by cancer. Eleven innocent sons and daughters. This should never be.

So grateful for all your prayers! Maleree is still feeling great and ready to take on 6th grade!! Doesn't seem THAT long ago she was playing in her Daddy's car at his shop.

Please pray for Maleree and Kelly tomorrow during her surgery to remove the newest brain tumor. Kelly has to get some sleep tonight in order to leave at 2am to arrive at the hospital in time.

You helped Izzy in the past and she's been doing great until now. Please pray as she prepares to fight once again. Read her Mom's post below and be prepared to be amazed at Izzy's response to all this. She's definitely a Super Hero!

Today begins Maleree's third battle against Anaplastic Ependymoma Brain Cancer with a Covid test; spinal tap is tomorrow. Results will determine if Gamma Knife surgery will be appropriate. Thank you for your prayers. They mean so much to us!

It's Happening!

Another Gamma Knife Surgery in the works for Maleree. She came through the first one successfully so we're hoping for the same this time. Thank you so very much for your support and prayers. It is a good reminder of how much it helps and that we are not in this alone. A good reminder of how important the Foundation is for other families. Love you all.

Thank you for all your prayers. The Tumor Board meets this Friday to decide how to proceed with Maleree. Please include Kelly in your prayers as he is trying to get everything ready for Rylee's No Prep in Medford and the upcoming Orland Street Race. Everything has hit all at once.
