PROVEN speed for your purchase transactions. May results are in for our UWM business (yes, we have other lenders too) and speed wins. For May, 58% of our 19 loans closed at UWM were purchases and our submission to CLEAR TO CLOSE was just 12 days INCLUDING APRAISAL!

Purchases are still closing FAST. Is a tough market? YEP...but offers are getting accepted and are closing fast.
