Busy and unsure what to make for dinner? Crockpot meals are yummy and they save on time! Tonight we're having crockpot chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce with pineapple, red bell peppers and fresh ginger with a side of wild rice. Healthy eating can be tasteful!

Tomorrow begins healthier food options to go with our workouts! Pre-plan your meals and be prepared so you're not caught off guard thinking about what you should be eating. Meal Ideas: Breakfast: quinoa can be turned into a nice morning food with a slice of fruit. Lunch: spinach salad and a slice of lean turkey Dinner: more greens, maybe some brussels sprouts with grilled tuna or salmon Snacks: think fruits, veggies, and protein shakes. Remember, we're creating smaller more frequent meals so you don't eat more than your should at your 3 main meals.
