I use both the Panda Cloud Free and Pro editions with my small business and home office customers. For my clients who have larger businesses, I recommend Panda Managed Office Protection. I protect my own office with Panda Security. We are all quite satisfied with the results.

I have all my emails stored in folders in Outlook or on my Webmail server. Why is this risky business? Answer: Email stored on Outlook may not be backed up. If your computer crashes can you retrieve your important business emails? Your Webmail may have the same problem. Check to make sure you can access it in an emergency. Make sure it is backed up and that you have access to the backup.

Business people frequently ask, I have a fast DSL connection at the office, why can't I access my files remotely? Answer: the problem is, a fast download speed does not mean you you have fast upload capability.
