Excited to announce our first event! Explore Roasting! Saturday, October 12, from 4-5pm @ MY Coffee Roastery Join our roaster, Christine, and learn about the roasting process! The most direct way to understand a coffee bean is roasting over a fire. Participants will discern the first crack and second crack of the roasting process and learn about the fragrance and color changes that come with it. Limited to the first 12 participants....
