1st Picture - Is my favorite; it shows the progress of one of my runners when I started coaching; on the same course she manage to PR every year and drop over 8 mins off of her 5k that is 2:41 per mile! 2nd (pic) chart: I was updating times for one of my runners today and I was pretty happy since we haven't been 100% on top of things since March.... We are pretty much at two years on the dot and we've only had one bad race or time trial. By bad I mean we didn't hit our expected time. With that one exception she has manged to PR or hit our goal even on when running time trial alone. Anyway this is the reason I've never understood people that want to get faster and try 100 gimmicks for years on end instead of just training and PR'ing for years on end.

Even with the air con on, it's too hot to work out in the evening. 7am and 8am classes are still on as usual.

Please no need to comment. I got hit by a car while cycling. At urgent care now. Practice is cancelled tonight (Tuesday 8/4). Anna-Louise and my nephew will take over from tomorrow.
