During these crazy times, I have been trying to determine what I might be able to do that can help. Below is a chart of immunity building points (sorry for the quality of the picture, it has been well used). This chart, and others like it, can give direction for correcting imbalances in the body and improving health. These points can be stimulated by a variety of methods. The stimulation method is only limited by your imagination. Acupuncture is one method, but that must be ...performed by a licensed acupuncturist. Some methods that are available to us include: pressure, rubbing, vibration, a pen clicker, laser pointer, pulsing shower heads, essential oils, and acupens. There are various models of acupens that range in price from $10 to about $100. Just do a google search for "e-acu pen". Personally, I have been using the E-acu pen for over 10 years and it works great. I just ordered the model from Walmart to see how it works.
