As a collective World and Country, we find ourselves on the common ground of uncertainty. Schools closing, flights cancelled, grocery stores crowded but empty with basic and general supplies. Public transportation feeling dangerous for reasons now different than getting a seat or God forbid, our pockets picked. Our cars, are more and more important to keep safe and running properly. At Antioch Napa Auto Care we have always strived to go above and beyond the most stringent pra...ctices in the industry in all matters. We have always practiced cleanliness and sanitation BEFORE WE get into your vehicle and more importantly, BEFORE YOU get back into your vehicle. But now, we must set our standards to what has become the new normal. Our Certified ASE MASTER Automotive Technicians have always worn medical grade, single use nitrile gloves to perform your repairs and we have always used steering wheel and seat covers as well as paper floor mats. And now with the COVID-19, aka Coronavirus, we are diligently dedicated to upping our practices with the following procedures: With your permission and along with our current practices, we will now be using a leather and car interior safe sanitizer in and around all areas inside and outside your vehicle in which we will require access to. This includes your door handles, steering wheels, gear shifts, instrument cluster control knobs, seats, seatbelts, arm and head rests. And prior to your going home with your car, we will continue to remove the covers and paper floor mats and again go back and re sanitize all areas in which we’ve worked or touched within the cabin and outside door handles. We’ve always made your safety and satisfaction our number one priority, including our office and waiting room. We not only offer hand sanitizers for your use, but have also purchased a hospital grade air purifier for the same general areas. We’ve now made it a practice to sanitize the door handles, pens and counter areas multiple times throughout the day and after each customers use. We KNOW how uncertain things are for all of us now. But we thank you for being by our side all of these years and hope you’ll continue to trust us even now during these extremely uncertain times we ALL find ourselves in.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE. 2019 is going to be an amazing year for everyone. I really believe that. 2018 was FULL of the HIGHEST HIGHS and the LOWEST LOWS. Things happen in life that bring us up to the heavens and down to the dirt. It’s all called LIFE. Beginning our SEVENTH YEAR in business Eric and I have been so blessed. Blessed to have been given the most amazing customers who we consider friends and family. And blessed to have great employees that help build our dreams to... have the best and most honest automotive repair shop EVER. Mistakes happen and years of day in and day out can take their toll. But the absolute bottom line is I KNOW WHO WE ARE and WHAT WE STAND FOR. And that is simple. To treat everyone with respect and like we would our family. And to be honest about the needs of your cars to keep you safe. Unfortunately this industry is plagued with a bad reputation for many valid reasons. And even when honest mistakes are inevitably made, we are often lumped into the category of those who don’t strive for our ethics and standards. We care about each and every one of our customers.
