Last Call for Nourish Bowls & Kid Meals...For Now! . We sent a survey to all of you a couple weeks back, and we were so thrilled to hear all of the feedback!!! We truly took it to heart and are bringing you something exciting, come November. There were a few things that almost ALL of you were asking for But in order to make all these changes happen, we are temporarily pausing ALL NOURISH BOWLS & KID MEALS until further notice to make room (and for our sani...ty...we are human guys ) . When I started My Healthy Penguin, there was no "How to Start a Meal Prep Company" guide. I remember the first time I outgrew my little fridge in my apartment. The first time I ever hit the 1K meal mark years ago. I cried because I was so overwhelmed with how on earth I was going to do it - Yes I cried...on the stairs...and I can't help but laugh now The first time I ever hired someone to help me. The first YELP! review. The first complaint which I took so hard but its ine...vitable when growing a business. Everything that this small business has become is a product of hard work, passion, a lot of crying, and my amazing team growing along the way. I used to get really upset when other companies would copy us or when things would get really hard, but now I embrace it. I am so proud of the way MHP has grown, and I can't wait to see what's in store. I have been coming up with many changes and ideas lately, and have been more inspired than ever. I'm excited to reveal what we have been hard at work behind the scenes, but until then, thank you all very much for your support for myself and this small business. See more
