When you ask for a sign, and it comes in the form of handmade cards This month was crazy with Mother's Day and the stress distributing all the shipping and delivery orders definitely took priority over my birthday I felt detached from a usual celebration and just wasn't in the mood... But, of course that changes when I personally deliver to one of my regulars at the farmers market and her two toddlers give me these handmade cards "Happy Birthday Miss Mel".... I was about to cry right there on their porch but I figured that'd be unprofessional...lol It's been rough these past two months, but this little reminder keeps me focused on my purpose.

No one was really able to have that traditional day of brunching and hugs and photos taken close to one other, but hopefully you were still able to experience the love that's so sacred around motherhood.... Can I share a secret with you? I am OBSESSED with all the notes attached to our macs during this lockdown.
