We had some really great discussions at the African American Women's Health Forum recently. We will be using the information from that event to determine the topics that will be discussed at the First Annual African American Women's Health Conference in November. If you would like to take part in the discussion, offer feedback, or suggest topics that you would like to see discussed, please post them here. We really appreciate community involvement and participation.

March is Women's History Month. Our executive director, Yvette Brisco, will be a panelist at the UC Merced Women of Color Banquet on Tuesday, March 12th.

Getting ready to celebrate Earth Day at the Boys & Girls Club. The youth are going to be planting flowers to make a butterfly garden and making homemade ice cream and other snacks. Should be a great time. The community is welcome.

What an amazing weekend!!! Randy "The Natural" Couture in Merced all day long, teaching at the seminar and inspiring at the speech. Who didn't have a great time at Cocktails with Couture, watching the fights and getting lots of pictures and autographs. Thanks to all of the amazing volunteers, committee members, and board members who worked tirelessly to make this happen!!
