In 2003 my sister Beth and and I and our friends were putting together our first film - what an experience. It ended up that our financer was a fraud and unfortunately after thousands of dollars and amazing work with amazing people on a set up at Sylvan Lake in Indiana it fell apart. But included in our cast as one of the main characters was Burt Reynolds he was so amazing to work with and one of my favorite experiences in my life, so far, was the honor and privilege I ha...d in buying him lunch before he agreed to take the part ($300+ for shrimp cocktail and not much else lol) I was there with Gerald Wolff and Burt Reynolds. He was one of the most amazing storytellers and was very open in sharing his life experiences he also showed such amazing love for his son Quentin. Some fascinating stories about the Boogie Nights set w PTA and of course my favorite of his cannonball run where he got to work with his best friends Dom Deluise and the revolutionary Hal Needham.
