MSF 24 DAY Challenge

DAY 1/24 MSF FITNESS CHALLENGE Day 1 was not bad at all....no headaches ....I felt fine all day with no problems at all. Lots of energy and I never felt hungry or tired. I'm looking forward to the challenge. People have been asking me why I'm doing the challenge....and here are my top 3 reasons. 1. I want to fit in a size 30 slacks by our Christmas Party (Dec 10th) comfortably.... 2. The challenge 3. To prove to current & future clients that following a great nutrition & fitness plan and having awesome people around you to help you ....WILL ACHIEVE GREAT RESULTS! My plan the next 24 days is to follow the plan on point except for two meals. On those two meals I will do extra minutes of training sessions to help burn more calories. I will do cardio everyday via walking, biking or boxing. I will do strength & conditioning workouts 3x a week. I just turned 40 years young and I want to be in the best shape of my life this year to date so this is just the beginning for me. I am using this 24 day challenge to jump start my quest to be in unbelievable shape on my 40th year in this world. LET'S DO THIS PEOPLE! STAY MOTIVATED...STAY INSPIRED AND FIND YOUR REASON!
