"I started almost 2 years ago and could barely do a couple of push ups and the beginner barbell. Now it’s nothing to knock out 20 push ups of different types a round. My deadlift is now up to a 215 max and 135 back squat. I also shaved over 2 minutes off my mile I have gained a huge support system and friends that help me achieve my goals and make sure my technique and form are on point!
