Some clarification on what the "Get My Payment" tool can and can not do. You can use it to add bank information if the IRS did not have any on file for you; or if you had authorized a withdrawal for payment of taxes in 18/19, and not for a deposit for a refund. You can not use it to change your banking info, if for example, the account they have on file for you has closed. To change banking info, taxpayer would have to file the 2019 return with the updated banking info.... https://www.irs.gov//treasury-irs-unveil-online-applicatio www.mraztax.com/contact-us Mraz Tax Solutions
A little information about Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs). If you are nearing 70.5 and are subject to RMDs please schedule a consultation!

Great news for individuals whose portion of their stimulus check was diverted to pay their spouse's past-due child support. Those who submitted Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation, are due to be issued catch-up payments early to mid September. Individuals who did not file Form 8379 do not need to take any action. Although the IRS does not yet have a time frame it will automatically issue the portion of the economic impact payment that was applied to the other spouse's debt at a later date. https://www.irs.gov//irs-50000-spouses-to-get-catch-up-eco
