Mr. Edgar's History Class

Its been waaaaaaaay too long since Mr. Edgar had a haircut so he is issuing the following challenge to all 8th graders. If he gets more than 80% of all 8th grade packets turned in he will rock a mohawk at graduation! Now the school and parents are figuring out what graduation is going to look like but Mr. Edgar is willing to stick by this promise if his 8th graders follow through!

Today we will be continuing on with our study of Japanese culture by analyzing the worlds first fiction novel, The Tale of Genji, and its author Lady Murasaki Shikibu. Instructions are the same as the previous assignment, follow the "While you are reading" instructions and answer the questions about the reader. Remember to write your answers in complete sentences.
