Add seasoning Add lamb In instapot. Set for 35 mins on high. Cook. (If cooking over the stove cook on medium for 4 to 5 hours) Add fat to pan, medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts face down. Cook to medium browned flip. Add salt and honey. Drissle honey over browned tops of sprouts. After 4 mins. Add 6oz of water to pan. Place pan in over. Cook for 15 - 20 mins. Add pepper when done. Stir in pan. Serve while hot. Enjoy.

Even I am finding that i am not going to bed till midnight lately. the more free time we have the easier it is to lose track of time. a) Going to bed at your regular time, waking up after 7 hours of sleep. Will not only help you feel more in control. It will drastically improve your immune system. b) Adequate sleep improves your control over inflammation/insulin balance and sugar cravings. During this time, is the best time to start healthy habits. c) Control what you are eating will not only help your physical health but your mental health as well. The right balance of nutrition helps improve dopamine (your Drive) Gaba (your zen). 3) Decrease your stimulant intake. You do not need to be drinking the same amount of coffee as you did before.
