Hello MPS Army. Cody president of MPS Army here. After almost 6 years of operating MPS Army myself and our board members are making the hard decision to close down the non-profit. I have had some wonderful help over the years, that I greatly appreciated, but I have been volunteering my spare time to MPS Army for these 6 years. For my family and our future it is time for me to follow a new direction. ... When Vader passed and I opened MPS Army I knew it would be for a season. I knew awareness needed to be created and families needed help. This grew beyond my wildest dreams and I see now that the families have become very independent and awareness is growing on its own. I finally feel that it no longer needs a leader, just a community and you all are exactly that. My heart will always be with the kiddos, animals, and families affected by MPS. MPS army will discontinue operations on January 1st. We will resume as a non-profit for a year following so we can wrap up any open testing cases, provide additional website assistance for families and breeders needing direction, and close down the nonprofit properly and completely. Current funds will be used for these purposes. So to wrap up the year and to support our amazing families one last time, we will be holding our annual Christmas Boxes Program!!! Keep an eye out for the next post to get details.
