Dr. Vahram Shemmassian, the director of the armenian studies program at CSU Northridge, gave a presentation about his rendezvous with the history of armenian musa dagh. "On the Trail of My Musa Dagh Ancestry" Boorma, Banirov Hats' and more were provided by Mousa Ler Fresno.

Dear Mousa Lertsies and friends, We are looking forward to tomorrow's presentation by Garo Paylan, a member of Parliament of the Republic of Turkey, who will be at Fresno State to discuss "Turkey and the Armenians" in McLane Hall, Room 121 on the Fresno State campus (see attached flyer). The presentation will start at 7:30PM, but please plan on coming a few minutes early to park and to walk to McLane Hall, Room 121.... I have attached a campus map of the area to assist you. You may drop off people at the corner of San Ramon and Jackson before you park. Here are directions to the venue. Directions: Students will be in the area to assist you. Westbound on Barstow: 1) Go past Cedar to the second stop sign (Jackson Ave). 2) Turn left at Jackson Ave. to park in Lot P20. 3) You may pick up a free parking permit from a student or use parking code 273707 to get a permit from the kiosk. 4) Walk south on Jackson Ave. until you get to McLane Hall. Make a left and go to Room 121. Eastbound on Barstow: 1) Go east past Maple Ave. (stop sign) 2) Next stop sign is Jackson Ave.-turn right into parking lot P20. 3) You may pick up a free parking permit from a student or use parking code 273707 to get a permit from the kiosk. 4) Walk south on Jackson Ave. until you get to McLane Hall. Make a left and go to Room 121. On Friday, September 30, Dr. Vahram Shemmassian, from California State University, Northridge, will be giving a talk on "On the Trail of My Musa Dagh Ancestry." See attached flyer for more information. Dr. Shemmassian's new book, "The Musa Dagh Armenians," will be on sale at the lecture. No special parking is required for this lecture as parking restrictions are relaxed after 7:00PM on Fridays.
