gOoD mOrNiNg, Fit Fam (I really don’t like that term but it seems appropriate ). Here’s another at- home workout to try. Get creative and use a gallon of milk, a bag of pet food, an empty flower pot, an actual pet for added weight to keep your strength up. And if you feel you need more, instead of the 20, 15, 10 reps it states, try 50, 30, 20. It’s YOUR workout! Have fun
